Please note: When registering for the early fee, the payment for the registration must be completed by the end of the early bird registration deadline. Otherwise, the higher fee automatically applies for the registration, and you will receive a new invoice from Delegate Services. The regular fee must be paid in full prior to the conference, or the participant will be required to pay the late/on-site fee in cash or by credit card at the registration desk.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

According to the decision of the Republic of Estonia, visas are not issued for people from Belarus and Russia.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the Annual Nordic Network Meeting in Fetal Medicine 2026 events in Tartu, Estonia will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form, hotel booking (if required by the issuing country) and full payment have been received. Letters of Invitation will not be issued to people who have not registered and paid in full.

All Letters of Invitation will be issued at the discretion of the event organisers. All expenses incurred in relation to the delegate’s attendance at the event are the sole responsibility of the delegate and the event organisers hold no responsibility for the outcome of an individual’s visa application.

In case of visa refusal, we will refund the registration fee based on the cancellation Terms & Conditions which can be found here.
